 
How do I Place an Order?
Click on any category to see a listing of the products in that department. Once in a department select the company or products you wish to view by clicking on them. To add an item to your "shopping cart" select the quantity and product size and color (if relevant), then click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. Each time you add an item, you'll see the contents of your order sub-totaled for you in the shopping cart. View your entire order at any time by clicking "View Cart" in the top menu bar. To place an order press “checkout”, you will be prompted to enter your billing address, shipping address and a form of payment. You will have a chance to review all of this information prior to submitting your order. What Payment Methods are accepted?

It is possible that the product pictured may vary slightly from the product you receive, not in construction, but because of computer screen colors or photo distortion. AOL and Compuserve by default usually have "compress photos" turned on, which will make any dark color look black and any light colors look even lighter. You can change the setting under preferences and then change it back after browsing. How do I Return a product?
At Skate Shoe Depot your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you received, please return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase date. Returned shoes must be in new condition, no dirt marks on sole, no sock lint, no pet hair, they must be in the original box with all of the original packaging. Clothing must be unwashed and not worn. All returned goods must be sent back in an outer corrugated box, DO NOT tape up the shoe box and put a label on the front. It is most likely that the box will get destroyed and the contents damaged, which means you will not be credited and the shoes will be returned to you.

All of the sizes listed are US English sizes. All on a men's sizing scale except for those specifically called a "women's" shoe, which then those are on a normal women's shoe size scale. Kid's shoe are based on men's sizing just in smaller sizes.To convert a women's size to men's size simply subtract (1) whole size from the women's size. For example, you wear a size 8 women's, then you would get a size 7 men's or if you wore a size 5 women's you would similarly wear a size 4 in kid's. Do you sponsor people or events?
